Transmission replaced three times, but vehicle drives slowly on forward and reverse?

Fault codes:

P0890-TCM POWER RELAY SENSE CIRCUIT LOW,
P0744-TORQUE CONVERTER CLUTCH INTERMITTENT,
P0603:ECM KEEP ALIVE MEMORY(BACK UP CIRCUIT),
U0100:LOST COMMUNICATION WITH ECM/PCM A,
P0868:FLUID PRESSURE LOW

How do I troubleshoot these and where's TCM relay located?

Here is the transmission wiring diagrams and there is no TCM control relay. I would think the problem is with the TCM itself, did you check the power ground and fuses?

Please send me fuse box diagram complete, so that I can locate the TCM power relay sense circuit.
