How to remove the transmission?

I am replacing the front seal and I was trying to see if there was a step-by-step removal of the transmission that you could provide for me.? I have removed and installed a transmission in a 2003 Lincoln LS before, but I have never removed a transmission that is on a sideways motor.

Do you know if this vehicle has a five speed or six speed automatic transmission?

I have attached the replacement procedure for the five-speed automatic transmission below.

If it is the six-speed automatic the replacement procedure is mainly the same with some differences, if that is the case just let me know and I will provide that info as well.
