Transmission shifting problems after going into a ditch?

Went into ditch, the output sensor was damaged. when got out of the ditch transmission stuck in 4th. Fixed output sensor now transmission will only go to 1, 2, 3 etc., saying gear ratio problems for those 3 gears but on the shifter says stuck in 4th. Won't transmission kicks out at 40 km per hour and engine just revs.

It might have broken something inside the transmission, or the input shaft sensor needs to be replaced, we should run the codes to see what numbers are present, here is a guide to help:
