transmission would not shift?

When I bought this truck I was told it needed a transmission solenoid. Problem was the transmission would not shift. I changed the transmission and still have the same issue. please help me with this. Desperate and confused.

Good evening,

I attached a wiring diagram for you of the transmission itself control system. I circled all the fuses that need to be checked for power on both sides with the key in the on position.

Without the power to the solenoids, the transmission will not shift. You need to verify power to those solenoids.
