transmission performance low

my car showed messages stating that transmission performance low. Volvo agency suggested replacing the transmission and it costs 230000 Qatari Rials. what is your advice?

With only 10,000 miles I do not think you need a transmission it sounds more like a shaft speed sensor is out, but to be sure lets run the codes to see what come up. Here is a guide to help us get started:
