Do I need to use sealant when installing the transmission pan gasket?

The pan gasket is a reusable one. I will replace it anyway with a new reusable gasket. When replacing the gasket do I need to use any gasket sealer on it before installing it? Thank you. Bryan Stryck.

Hello,

On this vehicle using a gasket sealer is not required. However, many people use gasket sealers when replacing the gasket.

I have attached the torque specification for the pan below.
