hello i am wondering some things i have a 1999 buick park ave ultra it is a 3.8 supercharged and the car have 175k on it it was running mint no transmission problems till yestrday i was driving home and all of a sudden the car started to shift hard very hard in all gears so i went home shut car off and tryed agen few mins later it ran mint no hard shifting till few min later so i was reading online and i was told to try sea foam trans tune so i put it in and i went driving and for like a hour and half the car drove wonderfull i thought it fixed it but then it started agen to shift hard and make a hissing sound and wine like a powersteering pump what should i do change the fluid and filter idk the last time it was done orr idk what to do some one online said a pressure controlle solenoid in the side of the tranny driver side idk if thats it any ideas thank you
