Good morning,

What were the codes that were set for you to replace those parts?

Was this issue present prior to the repair?

Okay,

Is the check engine light on?

Again, was this issue present before those repairs?

The transmission main sensor is the throttle position sensor. That sends a signal to the ECM where the fuel pedal is at and load and the ECM adjusts the time the transmission shifts.

This is why I am asking about codes. If the sensor was an issue, it should code. You can have the system read for free at a parts store.

I attached the location and the wiring diagram of the TPS for you. Do you have a voltmeter to test for voltage?

I would verify voltages to the sensor before replacing the sensor.

No, because if it was, it would set a code for it.
