Code P0846, where is the CVT fluid pressure sensor located?

The P0846 code indicates an issue with the transmission fluid pressure (TFP) sensor/switch B circuit. Here is the location of the sensor but this can be because of low fluid levels.

*Use only Genuine NISSAN CVT Fluid NS-3. Using transmission fluid other than Genuine NISSAN CVT Fluid NS-3 will damage the CVT, which is not covered by the NISSAN new vehicle limited warranty.

I would just get a rebuilt valve body this will ensure the sensor and the valves are working correctly.

Okay that also sounds good. Where can I get the valve body for Nissan note e12?

Hi Ken L. I have been searching Google and many online media who sell car parts for the past 3 weeks but to no avail. The reason I resorted to asking your media.

The next step would be to call a Nissan dealer, sorry I don't have a better answer for you.

Okay thanks. I visited the Nissan shop here in Zambia and they didn't have the sensor.
