transmission fluid oil change or transmission fluid flush

I want to know is it best for my car to have a transmission fluid change or flush which is the better option, i bought the car which has 75,000 miles and have a regular oil change maintenance every 5000 miles now it has 107,000 miles but never have a transmission fluid change, the guy said from the you need to have a transmission fluid change because the color is brown it should be pink.. so my question is do i have to change the transmission fluid immediately or should i wait for another 50,000 miles what is my best option?

If you wait another 50K it will be too late to do it. Now would be the time to do it.

Flush is an incorrect term of what is actually being done. the machine merely uses the transmission's own pump to completely exchange all the fluid. There is no forced flush. Simply draining the fluid only gets about 1/3 of the total amount of fluid in the trans so yes, have it done with the machine.

A drain and fill is merely changing about 1/3 of the fluid. The flush as some call it is more accurately called a total fluid exchange which replaces all of the fluid. There is no external "flushing" force involved. The tool acts as a measuring device only. The pumping is done by the transmission itself.

thank you now you enlightened me, and here is my follow up question. ,can anybody do it without any special equipment in there garage does it require a special machine equipment or you only need just the basic car tools to do it

I wouldn't attempt it yourself. All you will accomplish is to make a big mess and possibly damage the trans if you run it too low. The machine replaces exactly what it takes out.
