Transmission Fluid And Power Steering Fluid

I Bought my accord used from some guy and i am thinking of changing the fluid of power steering and transmission but i have heard it is not ok to change some and says it is..... can you please tell me should i change it or not? and if yes can i use other brand fluids ?

Will not be a problem to do a service and change the oil on both power steering and transmission, you can get into trouble doing power flushes on older transmissions, but just dropping the pan and filter should not be a problem, any brand of oil is ok, just make sure you use the correct grade for your cars systems.
