Where is the transmission switch range sensor located?

Car drives on one gear, have changed TCU and ECU, I need to know if the transmission switch range sensor is on this car, I am sure this could be the problem. May I have its location on the gear box, I mean the trans switch range sensor. I also changed the ABS Unit, still on one gear, I changed the transmission, bought a new one. Sesame problem. Please let me have a diagram of the transmission switch range sensor.

It looks like the transmission gear range sensor is inside the transmission connected to the valve body. Check out the images below to see how to replace it. Let me know what happens.
