Transmission does not shift into second gear?

After an oil change, the power steering goes off and the speedometer doesn't work and hard/ late transmission. So, I checked under the hood to see the grounding to TCM. When I grounded the TCM properly the power steering is back on but not the speedometer and when I try to hard shift the gear by going it up to 6,000 RPMs there is a hard shift but now again the power steering goes out and message pops up. Please help.

This sounds like the TCM needs to be replaced or the grounds are bad, you can get a preprogrammed unit by searching Google or Ebay. Here is how the job is done. Here is a guide to help you test the grounds and the TCM wiring diagrams below so you can see which wires to test:
