Transmission connector wiring removal

Unfortunately, the manual does not give the detail on how to remove the connectors. I attached the process below and it simply says to remove the transmission connectors. Clearly not much help.

However, while I have not removed the connector from this specific vehicle that is a pretty standard valve body connector and it should be a twist lock. More then likely there is a tab on it and if you press the tab and then twist the connector it should come out pretty easily.

Let us know if this does not work and we can dig deeper to figure something else out.
