transmission codes P07A3, P2872, P144A, and P1450?

Here are what the codes mean:
P07A3: Transmission Friction Element B Stuck On
P2872: Transmission Friction Element E Stuck On
P144A: Evaporative Emission System Purge Vapor Line Restricted
P1450: Unable to Bleed Up Bleed Fuel Tank Vacuum
So, this car has a DCT (dual clutch transmission), and it looks like one of the clutch actuators stopped working. here is how to change them out which I recommend you replacing both of them. The last two codes are for a different system so please start a new question featuring these codes because we only handle one problem per thread. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
