Had transmission replaced, engine is still running rough when changing gears, specifically reverse. Changed engine torque mounts and noticed small improvement.
Tried to run the vehicle to 'push through' the noise and vibration, and vehicle seems to work normally after getting up to speed, but issue manifests when idling, accelerating from zero to twenty mph, or braking.
