What type of transmission fluid does my transmission take

Low on fluid. need to know what type of fluid goes in my five speed manual. I believe it is the Mazda transmission.

The Mazda R2 overdrive transmission requires Automatic Transmission Fluid MERCON capacity 3.8 quarts.
The other manual transmission CD T18 takes the same fluid except only 3.5 Quarts.
You can get a cheap pump at the auto parts store for about $5.00 to make this easy. I use it on my Jeeps. Pictures below.
