Will a 1999 4x4 5 speed transmission from a 3.9 fit my 1999 4x4 5.2 which is a 5 speed too?

Good morning,
You will need to verify the input shaft is the same splines as your original transmission. If it is not, then you need to replace the clutch with the correct spline on the disc.

Make sure the linkage is the same if it has any. Most are just sticks through the floor.
