Transmission stuck in second gear

My transmission stuck in second will not come out. I will let you know what I could do to take the child out of scanner up to it and I have no codes.

If the transmission fluid is low it can cause this issue have you checked it? Here is how in the diagrams below, I would also service the unit to look for metal in the pan. Here is a guide to help walk you through and diagrams below to show you how on your car:
