Codes p0765 and p0748, transmission will randomly default into third gear

transmission will randomly default into third gear and throw a p0765 and a p0748 code. I have already change the shift solenoid pack. and still acting up. could the TCM/PCM be faulty in this case?

Yes, it is possible that the module has failed. However, it could also be a solenoid or a wiring issue to the solenoid.

We need to run through the testing below in order to determine this.

I attached the info below for your review. Please let us know if you have questions on this but it appears they require a scan tool to inspect it but it may be worthwhile as getting a PCM/TCM when that is not the issue could be costly.
