Car will not move in any gear

Car was driving fine changing gears in all. Put it in reverse backed up put it in drive and now it does not move in any gear, no previous transmission problems.

It sounds like it is low on fluid can we check that first here is a guide and a diagrams below to help us get started.

*ATF Type T-IV (TSB - T003-99 5/21/99), 1991 and newer. Before 1991, Type T.

ES250, ES300, SC300 .................... AF(DEXRON-IIE (R) Automatic Transmission Fluid)
Differential is serviced separately in 1990-91 ES250 and 1994 ES300.

CAPACITY, Initial Refill*:
ES250 .................... 2.5 liters 2.6 quarts
ES300: 1992-93 .................... 3.1 liters 3.3 quarts
ES300: 1994 .................... 3.5 liters 3.7 quarts
GS300 .................... 1.9 liters 2.0 quarts
LS400 .................... 2.0 liters 2.1 quarts
SC300 .................... 1.6 liters 1.7 quarts
SC400 .................... 1.9 liters 2.0 quarts
