The D4 light on the dashboard just keep blinking and the car keeps bucking and at sometimes just revving without pressing the gas.

Scan the computer for code/s and report back with it the exact code/s for interpretion-

The codes you need to read for this issue are in the transmission control module and a regular, generic code reader will not be sufficient for that. You are going to need a professional scan tool capable of reading TCM codes.
