The truck has an issue taking off and going up hill. I have the engine code p0708. Does this code create the issue I am having and will this also put the transmission into "safe-mode"? The issues that are currently taking place are. Cranks but does not start, which just started today, and the other issues of slow take off and no power going up hills.
