Transmission shifting hard?

Can you tell us if the speedometer is working, do you have a check engine light on, have you checked the fluid level, also does the engine have good power?? I can tell you I have seen the turbine shaft speed sensor get weak and cause this issue and a clogged catalytic converter. Here is a guide so you can check the cat and the location of the sensor so you can check it out. The sensor is on the transmission case near the differential:
