Car will not shift into any gear only reverse and in drive it only drives 10 to 15 miles per hour and accelerates max, but doesn't go any faster. changed relays and now the car will not start or crank. OBD2 says needs solenoid A B C and D changed.

If you provide me the actual codes I can double check if they are in need of replacement or what the other causes could be. First of all the codes normally don't tell you to replace a part. They tell you what the issue is and there are multiple reasons for that to fail. The fact that you have 4 solenoid failures, I suspect there is a greater issue causing them to not operate. Which means just replacing all of them will not fix it.

However, if they do need to be changed, here is the process to get the valve body out which houses the solenoid valves.

I am sorry. I am not understanding what you are looking for. You want a diagram of the solenoids?

Here is a diagram of the complete transmission circuits including the valve body with the solenoids. Let me know if this is not what you are looking for. Thanks

P0341 - Camshaft Position Sensor circuit performance Bank 1
P0715 - Input speed sensor Circuit A
P0748 - Pressure Control Solenoid A
P0753 - Shift Solenoid A
P0758 - Pressure Control Solenoid B
P0763 - Shift Solenoid C
P0768 - Shift Solenoid D
P0773 - Shift Solenoid E
P1778 - Solenoid EV7 Electrical Malfunction

The cam sensor code is not related but all others are. It does look like the valve body is the issue. I would go ahead and replace it.

Could this be caused by water and oil spill or leak damage?

The valve body is inside the transmission pan but if oil got into some connectors it is possible but not very likely.
