I am driving the vehicle listed above. I am experiencing Transfer case noise whenever shifting from P to D or to N or to R, it keeps clicking for some 5 seconds and stops then clicks while stopping at junctions. I can also feel some binding at rear tires at strong turns. Further, the Jeep isn't shifting / engaging in 4WD Low. All tires are same and in excellent condition. A mechanic says that this noise is from Transfer case motor. I have already changed all fluids Transfer case, Front and Rear Differentials. I am in KSA mechanics are not well versed. I have read here the same question asked by ZAIN7 some time ago.

Yep, the transfer case control module DTCM is in the lower seat well on the drivers side and can get moisture in it, here is the location of the transfer case module so you can check it out.

DTCM VERIFICATION TEST
Diagnostic Test

DRIVETRAIN CONTROL MODULE (DTCM) VERIFICATION TEST

NOTE: If the DTCM, Powertrain Control Module (PCM), or Body Control Module (BCM) was replaced, refer to the Service Information for proper programming and alignment procedures.
Reinstall any removed components.
Reconnect any disconnected electrical connectors.
Be certain the battery is fully charged.
With the scan tool, erase DTCs.
Remove the scan tool from the Diagnostic Link Connector (DLC).
Turn off all accessories.
Turn the ignition off and close all doors. Wait 30 seconds.
Operate the vehicle under the conditions that originally set the DTC or caused the symptom.
With the scan tool, read DTCs.

Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response to any problems so we can see what to help you with.

Hi Ken. Thank you for your response.
Your answer doesn't clearly indicate what may be the problem. Is it bad TC motor?
Or Is it bad DTCM?
From your answer, I took that DTCM is bad.
Humbly requested, please clarify.
Regards.

Yes, the problem should be the DTCM near the driver's seat. Sorry for the confusion.
