Transfer case? Gear to gear grinding

Transmission wont go into gear it grinds in every gear but can put it in 4wd low and it will move is there anything i can do to help it without replacing the transfer case

Hello,

Is sounds like the front hubs are not working. Can you try having someone watch the front drive shaft when shifting the shaft should not move. If it does move this is what is causing the grinding. Please let me know.
