Four wheel drive indicator lights flashing and will not engage

Very cold outdoor temperatures today. The 4x4 indicator lights high and low are flashing simultaneously, and it is not disengaging.

This could be a problem with your GEM connector. I have included in the diagrams down below a comprehensive diagnostic troubleshooting flowchart. Please go through it and get back to us with what you find out.

Nothing wrong with the answer I will keep for future reference. the temperatures outside warmed up some and the 4 wheel indicator high low have quit flashing and it has disengaged itself. Thank You
