After driving at 70 for 5 miles transmission shift 1-2 hard like a race car. TPS??

Good evening,
The TPS controls shift time, not shift quality. That is mechanical from the valve body.

I would start by changing the fluid and filter and see if that helps. Beyond that, it is the valve body itself that may have a broken accumulator spring.

More info: after parked for hour or so then transmission shifts normal.

Okay, then it is something with the valve body.
Start with the fluid change.
