Transmission issue, code P0734

my aforementioned question about code P0734... what can I do, to correct,fix, repair, or replace what component? or do I need to replace or repair the transmission? This code is for low line pressure for the transmission. It could be from the front pump not working or worn out or it could be from a leak internally bleeding off the pressure.

I attached a diagram for you to view. It does indicate that the transmission will need to be either rebuilt or replaced if the pressure is low.

You could try changing the fluid and filter. I doubt it will change anything but it would be worth a try.
