shifting fine when taking off slowly but hanging up when going faster. also will not go into passing gear.

Good morning,
This could be several reasons for this. I attached a flow chart for the symptoms for you. You will need to check the line pressure to be sure the front pump and seals are working correctly.

I would start by changing the fluid and filter. If the filter is clogged, it could cause this issue.
