Transmission not going into gear

I replaced my 4l60 transmission in my vehicle and i drove it around the block and it shifted perfect. I then restarted to leave in it and it wont go in any gear whatsoever. I have checked the linkage and fluid already!

Good morning,

The first thing I would do is to drop the pan and check the filter and be sure it is not clogged with dirt or debris. If it is, that would be the reason for the issue.

Beyond that, It may be an internal failure not allowing it to engage in gear.
