Trailing arm installation issue?

Installing a new trailing arm but can't figure out how to get it in. The bolt sleeve is stopping it from going into frame.

Can you upload a picture of the problem so I can walk you through the repair? Here are the instructions for the trailing arm replacement in steps so maybe this can help. I did notice on the last image bolt is close to the body, in this case you must lower the entire rear member or be willing to dent the underbody enough to get the bolt out. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
