Trailer brakes not working

Hello. I have an issue with my trailer brakes not working when I press the brake pedal. It works in manual override. Is there a wire on the brake pedal switch that sends voltage to the trailer brake controller when the pedal is pressed? If so what color is it? Thank you!

Good afternoon,

I attached the wiring diagram for you to view. The white wire is the signal wire that should go to your controller.
