Well, as you can see my van listed above, both lights only on the outside of the van in back are burnt out. I changed them but they won't turn on. My blinkers and the center lights that are on the back door come except those to outside corners. I checked the fuses and even the relay that says it's for the taillights. Is there another place I can check?
