Traction control light?

I recently hit a curb while sliding on ice and bent a control arm on one of the tires. I got it replaced along with a sway bar. They also said that I had misfires on three cylinders and although the plugs look good, they changed them anyway. None of this seems to work. The problem I've been having is when I get to a certain speed the car starts shaking really badly and it feels like it misfires. I noticed that I don't have these issues when the traction control light is off. When the traction control light suddenly turns on then any pressure of the gas pedal will cause it to shake at a certain speed. What is causing this traction control light to keep coming on and what is up with the misfires? The dealership and other shops are clueless.

Hi,

The reason you feel a misfire when the light is on is that the computer reduces power to prevent a tire from spinning (hence traction control).

Based on what has happened, I suspect either the wheel speed sensor was damaged or what is called a yaw rate sensor. However, since you mentioned specifically traction control, my first suspect is either the wheel speed sensor or the wheel speed sensor reluctor ring was damaged.

By any chance was the front hub/wheel bearing replaced on the side that was hit? If not, that is my first suspect, an intermittent issue with the reluctor ring.

Also, you have a switch to manually turn off the traction control. If you turn it off, does anything happen? See pic below for the location.
