replaced tie rods still making clunking noise

Hi, I have just changed my tie rod and tie rod ends, but it is still making a clunking noise. Also, still has a little play when both wheels jacked up but stops when someone holds the steering wheel. Any ideas what is wrong many thanks

Hi Mike,

This sounds like you have a set of lower ball joints that needs to be checked and then replaced.
