Track light on

Hi,

Chances are one of the wheel speed sensors has failed. Here is what I suggest, you can scan the can-bus system to retrieve all codes or check each sensor to see if you can locate a bad one.

Now, you can check each sensor with a multimeter or voltmeter. Here is a link that shows how it's done:

I attached two pics below showing the location of the front and rear sensors.

FRONT SPEED SENSOR (SEDAN) - REMOVAL [08/2011 - ]
BRAKE CONTROL / DYNAMIC CONTROL SYSTEMS: FRONT SPEED SENSOR (for Sedan): REMOVAL; 2012 MY Yaris [08/2011 - ]
DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
REMOVE FRONT WHEEL
REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER
Remove the 3 screws, 6 clips and 4 grommets and remove the front fender liner.
REMOVE FRONT SPEED SENSOR

Remove the speed sensor clip from the body.
Disconnect the speed sensor connector.
Remove the 3 clips.
Remove the bolt and separate the clamp from the body.
Remove the bolt and separate the clamp from the shock absorber.
Remove the bolt and remove the speed sensor from the steering knuckle.
NOTICE:

Keep the speed sensor tip and installation portion free of foreign matter.
Remove the speed sensor without turning it from its original installation angle.

Install is the reverse of removal.

REMOVE REAR BRAKE DRUM SUB-ASSEMBLY [ BRAKE (REAR): REAR BRAKE (for Sedan): REMOVAL+ ]
DISCONNECT SKID CONTROL SENSOR WIRE [ AXLE AND DIFFERENTIAL: REAR AXLE HUB (for Sedan): REMOVAL+ ]
REMOVE REAR AXLE HUB AND BEARING ASSEMBLY [ AXLE AND DIFFERENTIAL: REAR AXLE HUB (for Sedan): REMOVAL+ ]

Install is the reverse of removal.

Well there is a switch and it doesn't do anything.

The button for the traction control doesn't do anything when I press it.

Chances are the switch is bad. You will need to check it for continuity. Are you able to do that? Here is a link that explains how to test wiring. It discusses continuity.

Yes, at the switch I think those are the correct pins to check.

If it's right at the switch, chances you're correct. Remember to check it in both positions.
