TPMS wont reset?

I would make sure the tires have the right amount of air in them or the system will not reset,

Method 1 - via infotainment screen (most 2019 models):

Inflate all tires to the placard pressure (usually 2.3 - 2.5 bar / 33-36 psi).
Turn ignition ON (engine running or not).
On the center display: MENU - CAR - Tyres - SET
Confirm “Store tire pressures?” choose YES.
Drive for about 5-10 minutes above 25 mph (40 km/h) to complete calibration.

Method 2 - with a physical “SET” button (base trim):

Ignition ON, car stationary, all tires correctly inflated.
Press and hold the SET button (usually near gear lever or glove box) until you hear a chime or the light flashes briefly.
Drive a few minutes to finish calibration.

If this doesn't work I would use a CAN scanner to see which sensor is misbehaving. This video can help
