Do I need to bleed the brake lines when I replace the brake pads?

Unless you have spongy brake pedal issue, you do not have to bleed the brake after replacing the pads. When you replace the pad you do not have to disconnect the brake lines, and you will not get any air in the system, so no need to bleed.

Also if the pads have been squealing of sometimes, it can wear the rotor unevenly. So you need to inspect the rotors as well and replace if they are below specifications.
