Have a 95 Tercel, auto, 2.2L engine. Unfortunately most mechanics do not carry chips back this far on a older car. Service engine lite is on and I believe its the vacuum system. I bought a hand held diagnostic tool for it and Its is not clear what the problem is. The car does run erractic at times and will hesistate when it is cold. I removed while running the engine, some of the vacuum tubes but had no vacuum. Wonder if you could put me in the right direction for locating the problem.
