i have a 92 toyota tercel 100,000 mi 4 cyl however i was driving to the corner as soon as i got there there was a loud screaching noise coming from under the hood so i turned the car off started again then it made the noise again then quit. it wasn't the battery because everything was still coming on as far as light, radio etc. i tried to start the car again and it won't even turn over any idea?
