My mother gave me her 95 Toyota Tercel. The speedometer is off track. When i hit the interstate its 55, the speedometer needle shakes around and everything and i dont know what the problem may be. The cars horsepower is very slow but the cars jumps to 25mph so quick i know im going less than 25mph. Please help me what wrong with her. Will it be expensive to get fix
