From last October it seems my car is burning oil a lot.
I don't see any oil leaks. But small oil traces are seen between the gasket and head towards the distributor side.
I use 10 w 40 oil. I replaced the oil filter in December 2008. Buy now it has used 8 liters of oil and I had to fill again yesterday.

What could be the cause? and the how to repair it?

If this is normal for this model and mileage, can this be fixed by using High Mileage oil?

The only oil leakage I see is on the heads towards distributer side. It is also just a oily look. no drops of oil falling down.

By the way I closly monitored the smoke. There is litte blue smoke in the morning.

I changed the oil to Hi-Milage 10W 40 yesterday.
I will monitor how fast this oil gets burn for the next few weeks.
