1993 Toyota Tercel the rear brake lights are automatically

I checked it again today. The lights are normal when I start the engine and shift the gears. But the lights will automatically on when start moving the car.
I unplugged the shift lock ecu, the same. the car does not have abs.
What's the problem? Please help.
