the rear brake lamps are on automaticaly when the engine started. The switch for the foot brake is good. the hand brake indicator looks good on the control panel.

When step on the brake does the rear light get brighter is so check light switch
if not disconnect brake switch if light go out ,replace the switch ,if not look for short to power in the circuit
