low tire pressure light will not go out even after a ck all tires and the spare also try to rest ligt it says in manual but no luck.

If you are certain all tires have the correct pressure than one (or more) of the tire pressure monitor sensors has failed. They are mounted as part of the tire valve stem assembly. Your local Toyota will need to test them to see which one needs replaced.
