I need Instructions on how to Replace my Cabin Filter, and the location for that filter.

Your cabin air filter should be located in glove box , behind damper.
Open the glove box door and slide off the damper.
Push in each side of the glove box to disconnect the claws
Push down on tabs and open the filter door
Remove the filter from the filter outlet
When installing the filter in the filter outlet, follow the instructions indicated on the label

The cabin air filter is located behind the glove box, here is a guide and some diagrams (Below) that will help you get the job done, You can get the filter from Amazon.

my air flow seem to be getting weaker. I think it because of a clogged filter. the system was working fine days ago and now is not.

Hey Jason,
Yes it seems your car does not have a filter so it could be the blower motor that is having a problem and needs replacement but before you do, check the intake of the heater box sometime that can get a plastic bag stuck in it to slow the air flow down.
