I just got my truck back from some pro repairs. Among the recommended items to do is to flush and replace the power steering fluid.

As I'm laid off now, I'd like to tackle some of this stuff myself. Is this a difficult job? Is it reasonable for me to do - a decent DIY with normal hand tools?

I do all my own maintenance on my motorcycles, but have never worked on modern trucks. So stuff like power steering is a mystery to me.

Thanks, Doc. My owner's manual is very sparse about specifics on maintenance.
