I installed a Cardone reman wiper motor and it fixed the problem of not working in intermittent and low speed but now the wipers park in the up position. I don't see how the linkage could be reversed in this truck. Did I get a bad reman motor?

There should be a tab that catches a lever on the crank arm to park the wipers. That tab and lever may have become damaged when installing the new motor. Check them out..
